FAQs

What comes with my Everyday Catering drop-off style setup?

Aside from your fabulous food menu, all orders will include a La Pera team driver + delivery specialist who will load in, set up, and add any finishing touches or garnishes to your food spread onsite.

All serving pans + serving utensils are disposable and included - we can also use any real serving pieces you may own, should we plan to have our team arrive early to transfer into them ahead of time.

Heating Rack Packages (or chafing racks) can be purchased to keep hot food warm for up to two hours after delivery.

We will include our eco-friendly pressed palm leaf plate ware, napkins & flatware package unless you would like to provide your own.

All printed signage with dietary notes are provided for every menu item and placed onsite before the team departs.

Do you have a minimum order for Everyday Catering?

Yes, our minimum order for Everyday Catering drop-off style services is at least $500 in food and beverage spend.

Do you do custom orders?

Our Everyday Delivery catering menu is pretty set - and streamlined to be efficient and tasty, while also easy to produce in a shorter time frame and still be budget-friendly. If you have any questions or customizations, we can review and create a custom proposal for your event if you submit your inquiry through our webform above.

How do I start planning my Everyday Catering order with La Pera?

Send us an inquiry in the form above or place your order directly through our website and tell us a little more about your event.

Everyday Online Orders: are confirmed via email, keep your order number and email used handy - all final communication will come to you via email.

New Everyday Catering Consultation Inquiry: Our planning team will begin preparing a proposal with your specific event details & send back proposals to revise and review at your convenience.

How far in advance do I need to place my Everyday Catering drop off order?

We recommend 7 to 10 days advance notice for drop-off delivery, but can usually accommodate last-minute requests. Ask for availability if you are in a pinch and need us to rush the order or check our website for Online Ordering Options

I need to cancel my Everyday Catering drop-off order, can I get a refund?

Payment signals finalization to our kitchen to begin preparing your order. We cannot offer a refund on any prepaid funds received for any orders placed through our system.  

What do I need to have ready on the day of my event for the team to be set up for success?

  1. Finalize all requested information with the La Pera Planning Team.

  2. Make sure that access to the space is available 1.5 hours before food should be set and ready for guests.

  3. Set up or clear any table, countertop or designated food/beverage space to set the spread up.

This is all that our team needs to get your Everyday Delivery styled and ready to serve. We will discuss parking, load-in, and set-up location details with you after booking.

How do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

We do use gluten, nut, dairy, and meat products in our culinary facility. Some items are used in the preparation of other events and some menu items are not possible to adapt to specific dietary requests.  We can exclude to the best of our ability and have the ability to prepare individual meals for specific dietary or allergy needs. Dietary restrictions will be clearly labeled on each menu item sign provided.
